With so many different ways to communicate online, it can be difficult to manage multiple contact lists through many different websites and applications. Contact Me gives users a place to consolidate all their contacts from popular tools like Gmail, Hotmail, AOL mail, Yahoo mail, and Microsoft Outlook. The easy to use interface lets users choose only a few contacts or select all with a single click. After adding contacts, they can also be assigned a status so the user knows where they are in the sales process. A handy search feature allows users to quickly find a specific contact or contacts. Contact Me also includes a to do list feature that gives users total freedom in creating a customized to do list. These can also be assigned to specific contacts. Along with to do lists, users can also create events. Professionals can also create a Contact Me button that can be posted along with their website, blog, social networking profiles or almost anywhere else online. When the button is clicked, a contact form appears so others can get in touch with the user through Contact Me. When someone new submits an inquiry through the Contact Me form, they are automatically added to the user’s contact list.

Contact Me gives users three payment plans to choose from. The first is the free membership which is intended for personal use. This includes Contact Me buttons and forms and unlimited contacts and groups. The mid range Form Plus plan (suggested for bloggers) costs around $4 per month and includes custom success messages, auto responders, text message alerts, no Contact Me branding and detailed stats. The Biz Pro plan costs under $10 per month and includes access to tasks, calendars, notes, attachments, reminder and mobile access.
